Methodology:

Step 1:

We take a detailed case history of the person's aspirations and desires in terms of his career.

Step 2:

We then conduct psychometric tests such as Brain Development Inventory, 16-PF, Firo-B to analyze the personality & behavioral traits.

Step 3:

Based on the findings of the above, we offer non-directive counselling to enable the person to identify the most suitable career in which the person is likely to succeed.
